If you've cycled the GLOW or KLOW peptide blends then you've already tried two from this list (GHK-Cu and BPC). Which of these 5 broad-spectrum peptides have you tried and which benefits, if any, did you get from them?
I’ve used GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and Retatrutide in multiple cycles. GHK-Cu is the one where I really notice more cellular turnover, plus better collagen support and healing.
Retatrutide is definitely my favorite GLP-1, and I’ve tried all of them. For me, it comes with fewer side effects, especially less nausea, and I think it works best taken at night. I’ve also just started sermorelin. One thing I really like is that it feels easier to lower the dose and maintain your weight once you’ve reached your goal.
BPC-157 has also been huge for healing. I noticed faster recovery after a face laser, and my 74-year-old father was told he needed shoulder surgery. We did a 30-day round of BPC-157, and now he no longer needs the surgery. He says his shoulder feels the best it has in 10 years.
Great stack! Pretty close to mine. I haven't tried GHK-Cu yet but I want to hop on for the longevity benefits alone. I'm still working on getting my dad on peptides, he would benefit so much from retatrutide and BPC especially.
Sure right now I’m on 5500 mcg, but I’m doing it every week and a half or two weeks. I’m trying to find a maintenance dose. My peak dose was 7000 mcg, but I worked up to that slowly and now I’m working down.

Can you both share what dosage of Reta you're taking?
